Responsible for U.S. continence care and critical care marketing, including leadership of five direct reports to grow a business that outpaces the market, delivers products customers value, shares expert insights, and enables a world-class commercial organization. Increased differentiated market share by 8% while reducing operational expenses by 14%.

2014 - 2021

Director - Marketing & Communications

Promoted to lead S&C’s global marketing and communications department, including managing 6 direct and 19 indirect reports, developing the strategic marketing vision. Responsible for all marketing, external and internal communications, editorial, government affairs, public relations, digital, creative, and events.  Essential in helping business grow by 32% over five years.

2010 - 2014

Marketing & Proposal Specialist

Recruited to lead all services marketing operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, marketing team leadership and execution for S&C’s services division. Successfully grew business by 12% CAGR and increased profitability by 5%.

2008 - 2010

Proposal & Marketing Manager

Managed all aspects of marketing operations, digital strategy, social media, and content, as well as preparation and delivery of complex proposals for multiple companies and agencies.  Led three-employee proposal team through 223 successful marketing projects, including completing over 320 proposals valued at more than $500 million in potential revenue.
